		<description><![CDATA[I was delighted to see that there is a Field Music event for St. Patrick&#039;s Day.   I was a drummer who played with the VCA in the late 1940s and early 1950s and have many memories of playing with them and being involved in some of the corps reviews in an armory in NYC.  I moved to Connecticut a few years ago and recently became involved with a fife and drum corps in Branford CT which brought back memories of playing with the VCA fife and drum corps.]]></description>
